We try very hard to make sure everything is absolutely right about the honey and the other products we carefully create and package for you. We want all our customers to be happy and completely satisfied with their purchases when they receive them.

We have tried to use photographs on our website that are clear and uncomplicated, depicting our products as they truly are. Our bath products are hand crafted and natural so some shades of colour, design and weight may vary slightly.

We are committed to processing your order as soon as possible and expect payment via the website payment process. We then offer free delivery within 10 miles, click and collect from Neacroft or delivery via courier or the post office which normally takes 3 to 4 days.

If you have any concerns regarding your purchases please contact us ASAP by phone 07857685442 to explain to us what your issues are. You really need to do this immediately after discovering the issue and anyway within 15 days of receiving your order. We are here, keen to help and resolve any problems.

With our honey products we are required to carefully consider the food hygiene aspects. Please make contact with us soon as you identify any issue and take some photographs. We will invite you to send us an email to stickysistershoney@gmail.com confirming and detailing the facts about your complaint and the photographs.

 

We may require the product to be returned to us initially at your expense.  Depending upon the circumstances surrounding the issue with the product we may consider refunding you the value of your purchase your delivery and or return costs.
