We were shocked and equally delighted to find this gift from nature when we commenced harvesting our honey in the late summer of 2023
This very special and rare Heather honey is is amber in colour, has a gel like consistency and a rich mellow flavour. The unique bubbles present in the Heather honey confirms the quality.
It is a very treasured gift from our Bees . Pressing the honey is a labour of love, is a sticky process but we think worth it.
Our Sticky Sisters Honey is 100% pure and totally natural
This honey is pressed out of the honeycombe frame, placed into jars and remains exactly the way the Bees made it. This process takes place in our honey kitchen in Neacroft, Dorset. Our honey has nothing added, no water or sugar. It has not been treated or finely filtered so some pollen grains might be present. This may make our honey even more beneficial for you.
