Local Honey Lovers Hamper 2023
 
This is a hamper for all honey lovers, a perfect gift for any special occasion.
It's also absolutley excellent value at just £27. The hamper includes 4 x  250g jars of honey chosen from our range, which are normally sold individually  at £6 each. So a true bargain when you see what else is included.

1. Neacroft Summer Honey
Neacroft Summer Honey is a local, natural honey that is known for its clear and runny texture. This honey is harvested from our hives at  Neacroft  during the summer months. Enjoy the smooth flavour of this natural honey and the health benefits that come along with it. Neacroft Summer Honey is the perfect addition to a healthy diet
2. Hard Set honey
This was harvested early in the season and is probably the result of the Bees finding the bright yellow rape seed fields between Neacroft and Christchurch. This results in a very firm, pale, cloudy, mild tasting honey. Absolutley made for spreading on toast.
3. Lemon Honey
This is a combination of freshly sourced Spanish Lemons and summer runny honey. The lemon rind is submerged in the honey and infuses with time. It creates a gorgeous citrus flavoured honey. This is delecious drizzled on yogurt or porridge, mixed with warm water to make a refreshing drink, or combined with ginger tea. 
4. New Forest Chestnut Runny Honey
Harvested late last year its smooth & chestnut in colour.  
This batch of Chestnut honey has a deep velvety flavour with a slight floral edge.  
It is a perfect choice for those who love a runny honey that is still full of flavour. 
5. New Forest Golden Gorse Honey
This New Forest Gorse Honey is a special runny honey, with a golden, yellow hue and a delicate taste.
It is sourced from bees living in the remote and picturesque location of Poors Common on The Hinton Admiral Estate in the New Forest.
Here, the bees have the perfect opportunity to forage on the blanket of gorse in the springtime, creating a unique and flavourful honey.
6. New Forest Local Creamed Honey
Its thick, smooth and creamy in texture and in colour.  A blend of our pure rape seed honey with our runny honey,  whipped to make it a slightly firmer consistency. This spreads and stays beautifully on toast.
