Delivery Policy

When you checkout, you can choose from the following .....

1. For us to deliver locally

If you live or work within 10 miles of Neacroft BH238JS, we can deliver your honey, by hand, free of charge ASAP or normally within a few working days of placing your order.

2. Happy for you to collect

You are very welcome to pick up your honey from our Honey Kitchen located in Neacroft BH238JS. Please call 07857685442 to confirm pick up time.

3. Postage

Mainland UK charges are calculated by the weight and the size of the parcel.

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 3/4 working days for delivery.

Postage to other than UK mainland will need to be individually quoted. If needed email your enquiry to stickysistershoney@gmail.com

Return Policy

If you have any concerns regarding your purchases please contact us ASAP by phone 07857685442 to explain to us what your issues are. You really need to do this immediately after discovering the issue and anyway within 15 days of receiving your order. We are here, keen to help and resolve any problems.

With our honey products we are required to carefully consider the food hygiene aspects. Please make contact with us soon as you identify any issue and take some photographs.

We will invite you to send us an email to stickysistershoney@gmail.com confirming and detailing the facts about your complaint and the photographs. We may require the product to be returned to us initially at your expense.

Depending upon the circumstances surrounding the issue with the product we may consider refunding you the value of your purchase your delivery and or return costs.

Rest assured we will deal promptly and fairly with your communication.
